Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Global Apparel Alliance. We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items for a refund, exchange, or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Exclusions

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after receipt.
  • Items without original tags or labels.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at orders@globalapparelalliance.com to request a return authorization within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item(s).
  4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including a copy of the original invoice and the return authorization number.
  5. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this in your return request. We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request based on availability. A refund or store credit will be issued if the requested item is unavailable.
